Teachers Tips

Tip #1: Don’t complain, vent, disparage, etc., your child’s teacher to another teacher in the same school.  Teachers actually talk to one another.  At some point, your child’s is going to find out exactly what you said about her/him and depending on what you said, you don’t want that.

Absolutely, I agree with that. Seriously think about it don’t you think teachers talk to other teachers about other teachers?

Well in some cases it’s good that they talk, cause in my expeirence that is most effective way to let some teachers know whats what. Teachers like most groups can be cliquish, and if a teacher has some personality issue with a student, do they admit it or just take it out on the student? More times then most they take it out on the kid, but as a parent how do you address something as covert as that? See teachers will talk about students to each other and that can black list your child, but the damage that a picked on kid by their teacher causes is devastating. So, yes I have talked about my son’s 4th grade teacher to another teacher in the same clique in hopes that the message does get back…”I’ve got my eye on you.Watch it with my kid!”
